Account details you provide at signup (business name, owner name, email, optional phone, region) and the business records you enter into your workspace.
How workspace data is separated
Each company workspace is isolated. Records are only accessible to members of the workspace that created them.
Trial data
Trial data is retained when a trial ends so it is available if you choose a plan. Retention and deletion terms will be finalized before launch.
Communications requests
If you request managed Communications setup, we store the business-number, location, usage, staffing and porting details you submit so the request can be reviewed.
